FreqDeck does not provide certified operational guidance, emergency communication services, or regulatory advice.

2. Compliance with Local Laws

Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws governing:

• Radio frequency usage
• Licensing requirements
• Aviation band monitoring
• Satellite communications
• Emergency frequency usage

Transmitting on regulated frequencies without a valid license is illegal in most jurisdictions. Listening to certain frequencies, including aviation, public safety, or encrypted communications, may be restricted or prohibited in some countries.

FreqDeck does not authorize, encourage, or condone illegal transmission, interception, rebroadcasting, or misuse of radio frequencies.

3. No Emergency Reliance

FreqDeck is not an emergency communication system. The platform must not be relied upon for emergency response, disaster coordination, or life-critical operations.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

FreqDeck aggregates data from third-party sources, including but not limited to satellite orbital elements, repeater databases, and aviation frequency listings.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Real-time validity
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Satellite orbital data may change due to maneuvers or orbital decay. Repeater availability and net schedules may change without notice.

5. Third-Party Data and Services

FreqDeck may use data from external providers. Such data remains subject to the terms and licenses of the original providers.

FreqDeck is not responsible for third-party content, service interruptions, API limitations, or licensing changes.

6. User Responsibilities

By using FreqDeck, you agree that you will not:

• Transmit unlawfully on regulated frequencies
• Interfere with licensed communications
• Scrape or abuse platform APIs
• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
• Use the platform for unlawful monitoring or rebroadcasting
• Upload or share harmful, illegal, or misleading content
